If you do not have one it is likely that you do not need one, yet straight rows & columns placement of diamonds is unbeatable in terms of this small plate performance on flattening almost any whetstone, as it'll cut very hard ones like Spyderco medium grit. Excellent #120 grit diamond plate, thank you KAMIMOTO!
