This home multipurpose knife is made with the latest equipment and advanced technology, with rust-resistant 13 chrome stainless steel and the highest quality molybdenum vanadium steel for cutlery. Dimpled blade reduces the contact area between the food and the blade, reducing resistance of cutting and improving sharpness.
The blade is made of High-end Molybdenum-Vanadium Stainless steel to enhance the hygiene with Rust-resistance. The steel is treated by three stages of quenching from 1050 C, sub-zero treating to -73 C and tempering until the steel reaches a special hardness.
The handle is so easy to grip and it's weight is very well balanced. It is constructed of 18-8 (SUS304) Stainless Steel, an odorless, enormously durable material made of resin and linen that will last decades. The end of the handle is stainless steel with a cavity structure, which gives the knife both outstanding stability and lighter weight. In addition to that, the blade and handle clearance without structure is very hygienic.
