If you are not happy with something you bought, we'll take it back as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is eligible for return.

We carefully inspect every item before we send it to you, but it is out of our reach if something happens during transport. In case of defective products, we will exchange or refund you the full amount (if we don’t have another piece in stock), including shipping fees.

Uniqueness of products
All Japanese kitchen knives in our store are handmade from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, weight and other dimensions are possible. We try to give a good photographic representation of our products. If you need a exact photo of the item that will be shipped to you please contact us.
Damages and issues

How to return?
It's pretty easy

- 3. Wrap up your unwanted product.
- 4. We will provide you with easy order courier or return address to Poland.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For some item's we do note offer return or refund option. Those are:
