Delivery time
We use different couriers for express shipping, depending on the customer country. We will process your order within 2-3 business days. At that time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number/link. Expect to receive your order in about 2-5 business days, depending on the area of the world you live in. We ship our knives from Poland located in the heart of Europe.

Orders outside of EU
For international orders outside of the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or tax duties, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Uniqueness of products
All Japanese kitchen knives in our store are handmade from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, weight and other dimensions are possible, a specially regarding the vintage porcelain. We try to give a good photographic representation of our products, however computer screen resolution and colours do vary so products might not look exactly as they are seen on screen.
